In order for you to obtain the level of support you need, it is important for you to understand the appropriate point of contact depending on the type of support question or issue you have.
If you come across questions related to the content of a module that is not clear or needs further explanation, please leave a comment in the Feedback section of that module, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.

While it is our desire to help every person with every problem, we simply do not have the resources to offer that benefit. Therefore the services and products provided by us throughout this website, through email, and by phone are strictly provided for your informational benefit only. There is no guarantee offered for resolution of any problem you may have as it relates to creating your website.
If you create a website, you will very likely come across issues for which you will desire to have professional assistance resolving. We are available to assist with giving advice to you through our WordPress Coaching service. However, we cannot guarantee the resolution of any issue, and we will not be held responsible for any future issues or deficiencies throughout the lifetime of your website.
